From Jet-Lag to Jet-Set

We’ve all been there: 4 am flight with two layovers, yet somehow it’s 1 pm when you land and your first meeting starts at 2 pm. With no time to waste, you find yourself wondering yet again how you’re going to make it through to the end of the day.

You’re booked up with meetings, conferences, and client dinners from the moment you step off the plane. However, all you really feel like doing is sinking into that perfectly fluffed pillow at the hotel and settling in for a good eight hours.

Depending on the length of the flight, try taking later flights so you can sleep overnight. It’s also incredibly important to stay hydrated en route. That means avoiding alcohol, even if you feel it will help you sleep, it’s more likely to just dehydrate you and make your jet lag worse.
