What can I expect after I make a purchase?

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you with your receipt. When the selected inventory is stocked, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. An email will be sent to you provide additional information. During times when inventory is on back-order, an email will be sent advising of the shipping date.

Return and Exchange policy

Exchanges and refunds will only be honored from unused products that are returned in original condition. All Carryalls, the 1887 Clutch and the dust cover must be returned with The Quartermaster to receive an exchange or refund. If any items are missing, we will be unable to honor the request for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in original condition in the same box and wrapping that it came in.

For items purchased through ebbyrane.com, exchanges and refunds must be initiated within 21 days of the product shipment to you. If you have purchased your Quartermaster through a retailer, or any channel other than ebbyrane.com, please follow the policy of your retailer. Items that were shipped due to our error will be refunded in full including shipping charges. Items returned for any other reason other than our error will be credited in full including return shipping charges, save a handling fee of $12.

The following instructions are only suitable for orders on www.ebbyrane.com. If you have purchased your Quartermaster through any channel other than ebbyrane.com, please contact your retailer for return and exchange policy. If you have any comments or questions please contact us via customerservice@ebbyrane.com.

Return Process:

  1. Email customerservice@ebbyrane.com to request a Return Authorization Form (RAF).
  2. Return the completed RAF to customerservice@ebbyrane.com in order to receive a pre-paid FedEx shipping label based on your location.
  3. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
  4. Enclose a copy of the RAF.
  5. Secure the shipping label to the carton. Take care to make sure that you can clearly read the address to which it will ship.
  6. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  7. Drop the package to a FedEx office.
  8. Keep the FedEx Return Tracking Number in order to monitor delivery status.
  9. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 2-3 business days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  10. Ebby Rane will email you a confirmation of the refund as applicable.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email customerservice@ebbyrane.com to request an Exchange Authorization Form (EAF).
  2. Return the completed EAF to customerservice@ebbyrane.com in order to receive a pre-paid FedEx shipping label based on your location.
  3. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure exchange.
  4. Enclose a copy of the EAF.
  5. Secure the shipping label to the carton. Take care to make sure that you can clearly read the address to which it will ship.
  6. Before sending the exchange shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

How long does it take to ship?

Where are you currently shipping?

Ebby Rane ships to the United States, Canada, and select international countries. Please contact customerservice@ebbyrane.com to enquire about shipment to countries not listed in at the check out process.

Deliveries to the United States: Free shipping on Quartermasters using ground courier service. Travel Bags: $25 and Accessories: $12

What is the warranty offered by Ebby Rane?

Ebby Rane will honor a 3 year warranty on all Quartermasters for all repairs required due to defects arising from manufacturer’s workmanship. All customers are encouraged to register there purchase for the warranty.

Why are the prices quoted in $USD?

Due to our international customer base, we have standardized our prices in $USD. You may checkout from the shopping cart with major credit cards. Your credit card will be billed in $USD and your financial institution will convert your funds at an exchange rate. Please contact your financial institution for additional information. Please note that delivery charges, shipping and handling fees will also be charged in $USD. If you reside in Canada, applicable taxes will be applied.

I purchased The Quartermaster from another website. How do I know if it is an original Ebby Rane Quartermaster?

All retailers authorized to sell Ebby Rane will be listed on our website. If you do not see the store on our website, please send us an email to customerservice@ebbyrane.com with the name of the store.
